How To Use
Ensure nasal cavity is thoroughly cleaned beforehand if required, e.g. with a wetted cotton bud.
into the front part of the nose (nasal vestibule), e.g. with a cotton bud, for about 2 minutes twice daily.
Close the nose by pressing together the side of the nasal wings.
Massage gently between the gel is thumb and forefinger to ensure evenly distributed.
Remove any excess gel with a clean swab or cotton bud, remains behind.
Repeat as 3 to 4 times daily or as needed.
